After the apparent failure of Buzz, several studies have demonstrated little impact among users, the Internet giant may be finalizing the launch of what has been described as the next social network to compete with Facebook.
The new invention called Google Me, and it is an initiative with which the Mountain View company promises to expand its existing user accounts to an area similar to a social network like the one founded by Mark Zuckerberg. According to various media, the rumor about the possible launch has spread through a “tweet” the creator of Digg, Kevin Rose, who not long ago starred in a big controversy because of his popular reference site.
Before confirming the rumors that some analysts and industry experts wonder whether this new social tool that Google might be preparing a scenario would place full of digital social networks and dominated by Facebook with more than 500 million users around the world.
